The National Institute for Early Education Research (NIEER) at Rutgers University published a companion piece to its 2018 State of Preschool survey. The Pre-K Data Snapshot provides an overview of states that have salary parity for public Pre-K teachers and K-12 teachers. Data for this snapshot come from special a supplement on policies supporting teaching staff in state-funded preschool programs.
