Early Edge’s Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) Advisory Group Members Selected for the 2022 Leading from Home Cohort
We’d like to congratulate Home Grown for introducing their second cohort of provider leaders in their Leading from Home initiative. Home Grown created Leading from Home to engage providers and parents in policy change and support their ability to influence policy and systems through leadership.
This year, we’re excited to share that two of our Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) Advisory Group members, Margarita Herrera and Catrice Sida, were selected to represent the state of California! This year’s cohort includes 12 members across 9 different states.

Margarita Herrera (Nipomo, CA)

A big thing for me is providing resources to parents around me that I have found helpful. I am seeking out this opportunity with Home Grown so that I can be better prepared to serve the FFN Advisory Group members as their ambassador.”
