Early Edge California hosted a webinar on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 10 am (PT) on “Supporting Student Parents and their Young Children in California’s Institutions of Higher Education” to explore the challenges student parents of infants and toddlers face in their pursuit of higher education.

This one-hour session highlighted recent advancements in supporting student parents in California and provided an overview of Early Edge’s policy brief on student parents with infants and toddlers. The session also featured student parents sharing their experiences and speakers from Pasadena City College, California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and the University of California, Los Angeles, who showcased how their campuses are supporting student parents and their young children.
