Our new Dual Language Learner (DLL) video series highlights the benefits of bilingual education in the early years and the ways that investing in teacher development and training can support the nearly 60% of California kids age five and under who are learning two (or more) languages at the same time, or are learning a second language while continuing to develop their home language.
